Appointmentscalendar

All consultations are by appointment and can be booked in person at reception or by telephone. Please be prepared to give your name, address and date of birth.

Genuinely urgent cases will be seen on the day and children under 2 years of age will be seen immediately if brought to the surgery.

Please note that a chaperone is available for both male and female patients if required.

Telephone Advice

Both the doctor and nurse are happy to speak to you over the telephone where appropriate. If they are busy when you call the receptionist will take a message and may ask you to call back later. Depending on the situation they may leave a message for you or speak to you directly.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
